(Which ever is most suitable) After that, by basically move your hands in circle motions,triangle and such. He will send a strong fiery blast in the shape of the motion or shape that the user made. The jutsu covers about 2 meters of area. And reaches about 5 meters.

Description:After creating the neccesary hand signs. The user will raise his hands up in the air aiming at the sky. And let out about 10 fireballs in which will follow the opponent. The fireballs are about the size of a mellon. [About 10 fieballs]

Description: After performing the necessary hand-signs, the user will expell a cloud of fire from his mouth. Letting it cover his entire body, becoming basically a fire armor. Making everything from about 1 meters, basically melt. Or get minor burns. If close enough as contact, it can make more destructive burns. By manipulating chakra, the user can maintain the fire at a certain level that way he won't get burnt. Although it still makes severe burns at some occasions. The user can only use this for one opportunity, and for a second or two before he would eb out of chakra. Considering he used chakra to make the jutsu and chakra to keep the flames from burning him. If a person is about 1 meter or so, he will already begin to feel the heat sensation of the jutsu. And even caus emild head aches. Any closer than a meter, he will begin to get burned, as the fire will be sparking out to the feel as it its being performed.

No Rasengan based anything. Katon Rasengan is an elemental rasengan, and not allowed.

Can you add a bit more detail to this? How close do you have to be to get minor burns and what is close enough?
